My journey into entrepreneurship wasn't about having everything figured out from the beginning. There was a point when I had to create my own opportunity, learn new skills and build something that could create value beyond a traditional job.

I've also built and led businesses across technology, e-commerce, software development, renewable and alternative energy, solar solutions and cloud engineering. Through DO7 Technology Solutions, I've worked on practical technology and digital solutions for businesses and organisations.
I'm also co-founder of R&D Applications, the company behind MyPayCalendar, a digital product gaining attention in the UK and helping workers better understand their hours, pay and working life.
Through my work, businesses and foundation, I've had the opportunity to reach and support more than 5,000 young people, including underprivileged young people who have been trained and supported towards opportunities in the technology workforce.
The goal is bigger than e-commerce. It's about giving people practical skills, helping them see what is possible and giving them the tools to create something of their own.
I know what it feels like to have to create your own opportunity. That's why I want to help more people turn their ideas, skills and knowledge into something that can create value for themselves, their families and others.

My journey into business didn't begin with everything figured out. As an undergraduate in Africa, I wasn't simply waiting for someone to give me a job.
I started painstakingly learning, experimenting, developing skills and looking for ways to create opportunities for myself.
Along the way, I built businesses, operated shops in both Nigeria and the UK, sold online, worked with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, built technology solutions and learned what it actually takes to turn an idea into something people can use, buy and pay for.
I also had the opportunity to work in corporate environments. That experience gave me another perspective: I learned how structured organisations operate, how complex projects are managed, how technology supports business and how systems create scale.
Eventually, I learned how to combine both worlds — employment, entrepreneurship, technology and ownership.
That journey is a major reason I built this challenge.
